FIELD: electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: source and drain of static-induction transistor 1 are coupled with minus and plus supply terminals, respectively; primary winding of transformer 2 functions to connect control pulses to power source, first lead of secondary winding is connected to anode of first diode 7 whose cathode is connected to emitter of p-n-p transistor 3 whose base is connected to first lead of first resistor 4 and its collector is connected to anode of second diode 8 whose cathode is used to connect to static-induction transistor gate, second lead of transformer secondary winding being used for connection to its source; second lead of transformer secondary winding is connected to second lead of first resistor; sources and substrates of first and second induced n-channel MIS transistor are connected to second lead of first resistor and anode of photodiode 10 of first optic coupler whose cathode is connected to anode of second optic coupler photodiode 12, optic coupler cathode being connected to second diode cathode; first diode cathode is connected to gate of first MIS transistor 13 whose drain is connected to first lead of second resistor and to gate of second MIS transistor 14 whose drain is connected to second lead of third resistor 6, whose second lead is connected to cathode of light-emitting diode 11 of first optic coupler whose anode is connected to cathode of light-emitting diode 9 of second optic coupler whose anode is connected to second lead of second resistor 5 used for connection to drain of static-induction transistor.
