FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: voltage converter has transformer 1 and basic igfet 2. Primary winding of the transformer has the first output connected with output of input voltage supply. Drain of igfet is connected with the second output of transformer primary winding. Gate of igfet is connected to control terminal. Three additional transistors 3-5 and four resistors 6-9 are brought into the device. Series connection of transistors 2 and 3 is necessary for improvement in maximal operation voltage. Symmetrization of the transistors is carried out due to electronic adjustment of total resistance made on the base of additional transistor 5 and resistor 7. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 dwg
