FIELD: conversion engineering. SUBSTANCE: converter has controlled switch built around transistors T1 and T2 of similar structure, and DhC filter both connected in series between input and output terminals of converter, modulator M affording feedback from filter output to switch input. Base-emitter junction of controlled transistor T2 of switch is shorted out by resistor R1 and connected to output of modulator M through current-limiting resistor R2. Novelty in converter is that base-emitter junction of power transistor T1 is shorted out by control transistor T2 and connected to filter output through current-setting resistor R3. EFFECT: reduced output voltage ripples and switching overloads as well as converter switch losses. 1 dwg
