FIELD: electrical engineering; designing of secondary supply sources. SUBSTANCE: device has switching keys 1,2 connected through choke 7 to input terminal and through output transformer 14 to output terminals. Control keys 3, 4 are connected to primary winding 15 of output transformer 14 and to input terminal. Switching diodes 10, 11 preclude discharge of capacitor 12 through make switching key 2 and discharge of capacitor 13 through closed switching key 1. Reversed polarity diodes 20, 21 provide for making load inductance coil discharge current through capacitors 12, 13. Reversed polarity diodes 22, 23 provide forming of pause in voltage of transformer 14. Converter ensures supply of output transformer with voltage whose amplitude is lower or higher than primary source supply voltage amplitude. EFFECT: enlarged sphere of application of device owing to use of primary supply sources differing in voltage levels for supply of device. 3 dwg
