FIELD: plant growing. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has the frame 4, supporting jointly mounted horizontal axle 6, whose ends are connected with vertical struts 9 by vertical joints 8. The other ends of the struts 9 are connected with the aid of horizontal joints 10 with distribution pipelines 11, provided by wicks 12. Brackets 13 are rigidly mounted on the axle 6, the brackets 13 are spring-loaded relative to the struts 9. The weight 15 with controllable mass is secured to each pipeline. Upon motion of the apparatus the pipelines 11 perform longitudinal and cross oscillations with different frequency, providing effective treatment of plants from all sides.
