FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two channels of amplifiers, current/voltage converter, protection units, one of which is connected to electrodes for ionophoresis, and the other one is used for exposing pulse current and light flux, pulse generator connected with each channel directly and through divider, light flux forming circuit. The latter has potentiometer, additional current/voltage converter, additional amplifier, pulse former connected to corresponding output of commutator. Input of the commutator is connected with input of timer through divider, voltage/frequency converter and integrator connected in series. Device also has control unit.
