FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for promoting plant growing and development by pulsed magnetization thereof. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mains adapter, setting generator having output connected to input of frequency divider, whose outputs are connected to inputs of first commutator connected through its output with input of univibrator, voltage stabilizer with output connected to key input, digital indication unit, induction coil connected through its first lead with first lead of voltage indicator, second commutator connected through its first and second inputs to mains adapter output and positive terminal of accumulator battery respectively and through its output to voltage stabilizer input. Univibrator output is connected to first inputs of first, third and fifth AND elements. Timer output is connected to inputs of digital indication unit, NOT element and second input of first AND element, whose output is switched to S-shaped input of first RG-trigger. Output of NOT element is connected to second input of second AND element, whose output is connected to R-input of first RS-trigger with output connected to second input of fifth AND element and first output to second inputs of third and fourth AND elements. Output of third AND element is connected to input of first amplifier-former. Output of fifth AND element is connected to R-input of second RS-trigger. Output of fourth AND element is connected to input of second amplifier-former and to S-input of second RS-trigger. Output of control panel is connected through control bus to zero control inputs of timer, voltage doubler unit, first and second commutators. Apparatus may work in semi-automatic mode of operation under field conditions. EFFECT: reduced power consumption, safe, stable and steady-state operation within working range of magnetizing pulse frequencies and induction coil inductivity values. 3 dwg
