FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor which has rows of cutters positioned over the outer surface is located in a case under a battery cyclone. A vane cascade is concentrically mounted over the rotor in the form of an arch, the first half of profiled vanes down the rotation faces the rotor rotation by its concave surface, the other half is directed opposite to the rotor rotation. The rotor is freely mounted for rotation under the action of the gas flow. A system of plates engageable with the cutters has a first group positioned under the vane cascade and which, in turn, has plates in the form of ring sectors concentric to the rotor. The height of the cross section of these plates is no less than 0.5 of the height of the cross section of the cutters. The second group is positioned under the rotor and has plates which cutting edge is made along a spiral which first down the rotor rotation end is located along an arc of a circle described from the rotor center on the ends of the cutters, and the second end is located on the outer surface of the rotor.
