FIELD: riveting. SUBSTANCE: rivet hole in a composite material part is made of lager diameter than the hole in non-composite material part. The rivet is made as a step-up rod having step diameters equal the hole diameters in the parts, with larger diameter step adjacent to the set head. The length of this step is made shorter than thickness of the fibrous composite material part. While fixing the packet, the non- composite material part is displaced until it contacts the ring plane made between the rod steps. EFFECT: improved reliability of the riveted joint. 3 dwg
