FIELD: branches of national economy needed riveting of combined packs including part of fibrous composition materials. SUBSTANCE: opening in pack of parts to be riveted is stepped one. The opening has large-diameter step arranged at side of part made of fibrous composition material. Rivet with stepped rod whose large step adjoins to embedded head is placed in opening of pack. Large-diameter step of rivet rod is pressed into large-diameter portion of the opening. End of rivet rod with dead cylindrical cavity is rested on dolly and then pack is compressed and closing head is formed. At final stage of forming closing head metallic part is compressed along its annular surface contacting with intermediate surface between steps of rod. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
