FIELD: handling equipment. SUBSTANCE: crane has a running frame with running trucks, a bearing-rotary platform with a counterweight and a power drive, a tower with a head, a crane operator cabin and a control system. The crane also has a beam boom with a cargo truck, a lifting double-block suspension with a cargo gripping member. Moreover, the crane has an optoelectronic-based control system with links from fiber-optical cables, and electric power supply from accumulator-sun-battery supply source located in the head of the tower. The operator cabin is glazed by a photochromic glass providing a round view of the lower three-quarter sphere, is directly mounted on the lifting double-block boom suspension and has a fiber-optical cable link with the crane control system, a power electric manipulator and an autonomous electric power supply system from the accumulator-sun-battery supply source located on the roof of the cabin. The suspension has a weight-tensiometer with digital indication in the operator cabin. The crane has its own and autonomous turbo-diesel generator ecologically clean power plant for power supply of crane, tower, boom, cargo truck, power cargo cable of the lifting double-block traverse with the operator cabin, manipulator and cargo hook, electric drives.
