FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: tower crane contains vertical tower with turning gear, first gibbet attached by one end to turning gear and by other end to vertical support installed on electrical vehicle, cabin with control board and other gibbet with one end attached to turning gear and other end to vertical support, beam with truck. Beam with truck is attached to truck installed on beams with ends attached to gibbets. Second gibbet has winch with cable attached to spring stop contacting with second vertical support having pressurised vessel.
EFFECT: hoisting of cargo in different places of steamship.
