FIELD: silvering practice. SUBSTANCE: method involves four-stage coating. First stage involves unipolar pulse coating with a period of 60-100 mc, second stage - heteropolar pulse coating with a period of 40-60 mc and amplitude ratio of forward and reverse current to be equal from 3: 1 to 5: 1. Third and forth stages involve unipolar pulse coating with periods of 180-220 microns and 10-20 microns accordingly. EFFECT: enhanced coating reliability.
