FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating
and can be used in electronics, electrical engineering and other industries. Method includes electrochemical deposition from dicyanargentaterhodanate electrolyte, containing silver ions and modified detonation synthesis nano carbon diamond material, g/l: K[Ag(CN)2] (calculated using Ag) - 20-35; K2CO3 - 40-50; KCNS - 150-200; modified by 5-30 % nitric acid nano-carbon-diamond material - 0.2-2.0, at temperature of 18-25 °C and current density of 0.5-2.0 A/dm2.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of specific resistance, coating porosity, its higher wear resistance and corrosion resistance with low consumption of diamonds and using simple process.
