FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: tubular filling pile erection method incorporates tubular core driving into the soil with artificial consolidation of the soil plug; erection of annular well, core extraction, and well filling with concrete mix under vibration action. The core is driven in without artificial consolidation of the soil plug; the concrete mix after casting and till the core extraction is pressed into the well walls by the means of tubular vibrostamp which moves along the core. The vibrostamp interacting during the working stroke with the core produces annular air-filled cavity. Then the soil plug humidity is regulated and brought to nearly optimal value. The artificial plug soil consolidation is effected under the vibration action created by vibration core extraction which is carried out in conjunction with and slightly ahead of the vibrostamp extraction. Furthermore, coincidentally with the concrete mix pressing, as soon as the vibrostamp is plunged in, the vacuuming is accomplished through isolating of annular cavity and pumping out of it the air. Then the vibroconsolidation and moistening of the plug soil begins. The moistening is realized successively from bottom to top by injecting required quantity of liquid under pressure into the soil of the plug through the gap between the vibrostamp and the core in the bottom part of the air-filled cavity. The plug soil humidity reduction is effected through surface vacuuming coincidentally with concrete mix vacuuming. The extracted water is removed outside the erected pile.
