BUILDING SUPPORTER SYSTEM FORMING WITHIN ADJUSTABLE CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E01D21/00 E04G21/08

Abstract RU 2688986 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction of road and railway overpasses, overpass for process pipelines. Trestle supports forming method in the construction conditions, in which the reinforcement is installed into the core mold. Concrete mixture is supplied with its further vibrocompression by introduction of vibrating bench with perforation of its working surface. Annular cavity is formed between the vibration rod and the core. Annular cavity is equipped with filtering material. Core is perforated to form a vacuum cavity and subsequent evacuation of the concrete. After concrete set of sufficient strength, the mold is disassembled.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and durability of overpasses.
