FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: gear is intended for grouting of casing strings in boreholes. Gear includes string of pipes under which upper and lower plugs are made. Restoring member is set between plugs. Plugs are interference fitted in string. This fitting is used to create friction forces. Friction force is equal to elasticity of restoring member. Gear has cast shutting member made with axial duct which is shunt with diaphragm. Cast member is manufactured for interaction with upper plug. This plug has locating seat to accommodate cast shutting member. Upper and lower plugs have axial ducts and assembled resilient collars. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of gear thanks to possibility of stabilization of vibration parameters and provision for grouting of boreholes cased with component string pipes of different diameters. 2 dwg
