FIELD: oil-and-gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device includes top cementing plug. Installed in top cementing plug is percussive mechanism and rod with limiter and key. Percussive mechanism is made in form of bore and holder with locking device. Bore is rigidly fitted on rod. Holder is located on bore lower end for sliding over bore. Locking device is made in form of spring-loaded rocker with pawl and located in gap between pipes of casing string and edge. Key is made for interaction with edge and pressing away of rocker with pawl. EFFECT: simplified technology of well cementing and extended potentiality of device. 3 cl, 1 dwg
