FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has case 1 made of a horizontal step-like hopper whose middle section is provided with net-shaped walls 2,3 which form a chamber. Granules 6 made of a magnet material with a polymeric covering are received in the chamber. The chamber is positioned within internal space of stator 4 of an asynchronous multi-phase machine. Rotating magnet field sets granules 6 in motion. By moving complexly granules 6 catch liquid fuel from tank 7, spray it into fine drops and evaporate it. Efficiency of the apparatus depends on a magnitude of current of stator 4, frequency of supplying AC, the number of poles of stator 4, and fuel and air rates. EFFECT: improved fuel-air mixing, enhanced uniformity, more complete burning and decreased toxicity of exhaust. 1 dwg
