Outlet hole of air channel is dipped into liquid in fuel reservoir provided with porous tip 4. Reaction chamber 5 heated by exhaust gases is installed over fuel level in reservoir. Branch pipe 11 is installed on fuel line 8 to supply additional air. Branch pipe is mechanically coupled with carburetor secondary chamber and is furnished with ionization unit. Method comes to delivery of air into liquid fuel, passing it through porous tip, heating in fuel-air mixture and saturating the mixture with additional air. Fuel-air mixture is passed through catalyst layer. Heating of mixture is carried out simultaneously with catalytic oxidation. EFFECT: improved quality of fuel-air mixture. 5 cl, 1 dwg
