EXTERNAL HEAT SUPPLY ENGINE Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

Abstract RU 2006673 C1

FIELD: energy-generation mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has base mounting two rotors coupled together through heat-sensing member in the form of continuous belt wound around drums wherein centers of engagement with gear rims are located in diametrically opposite sides from axes of rotor shafts and are spaced from straight line crossing shaft axes through angle of 5 to 40 deg. over arcs of gear rims of drums as counted for both drums in one direction; it is also provided with facility for bonding belt with working surfaces of rotors by means of permanent magnets mounted with their like polarities on external side of drum. Drive belt is perforated and made of nonmagnetic material and ridges are provided on external side of drums under belt perforations. Belt may be made of magnetic material. Layer of heat- insulating material with holes to receive permanent-magnet ridges whose height equals thickness of heat-insulating layer is applied to external side of drums. Belt thickness is between 0.1 and 0.7 mm. EFFECT: improved design. 5 cl, 3 dwg
