FIELD: aircraft engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has A case provided with two coaxially branch pipes one of which is in communication with high pressure stage of the compressor. The case is provided with an air cylinder forming a ring space and a two-positioning spring-loaded cylindrical valve with a diaphragm and a valve member movably mounted on a rod secured to the case. There are air-tight spaces on both sides of the diaphragm. One of the spaces is in communication with one of the branch pipes and the other with a by-pass valve which is in communication with the atmosphere. The second coaxial branch pipe is in communication with low pressure stage of the compressor. The case is provided with third branch pipe coupled with the ring space. A double- position valve is made in block with the air cylinder and provided with an additional valve member. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
