FIELD: air extraction for deicing or air conditioning systems of aircraft engines. SUBSTANCE: device used to bleed air off compressor of gas-turbine engine has case with two inlet pipe connections communicating with high- and low-pressure stages of compressor, respectively, and one outlet pipe connection communicating with air bleed-off system; case accommodates spring-loaded two-position cylindrical valve with cross diaphragm and supporting guides as well as two fixed pistons on either side of diaphragm to form double-space pneumatic cylinder together with valve. One of pistons is built integral with inlet pipe connection of high-pressure stage of compressor; abutting space of pneumatic cylinder communicates with pipe union of mentioned pipe connection. Second piston is built integral with pipe connection of low-pressure stage of compressor; pneumatic cylinder space abutting against this pipe connection communicates with pipe union of the latter; diaphragm is hermetically sealed and supporting guides are mounted on external surfaces of pistons. Control air is independently supplied to both spaces of pneumatic cylinder. Mechanical design of two-position valve provides for eliminating its wedging.
