FIELD: pneumatics. SUBSTANCE: case having step-shaped covers is provided with a piston having projections. The piston forms at the end of a stroke a space to be cut-off and an exhaust space which is in communication with a pipe line for supply (or discharge) of fluid through a passage provided in the cover. Face unit is made of a spring-loaded valve with controlled spring and control space and is positioned within an axial-radial passage of the cover. The valve is provided with a relief passage which connects the space to be cut-off with exhaust space. The valve is provided with a sealing member from the side of spring space and is conical. Total area of the valve is no less than twice area of a seat formed with the radial passage of the cover. The relief passage is positioned at conical section of the valve.
