SUBSTANCE: damper has housing and inner cylinder between which a ring chamber is interposed, piston and rod passing through the guiding openings in the cover of the cylinder, nut which is secured inside the housing and fixes the rod sealer in the hollow provided in the cover, outlet valve mounted in the bottom of the cylinder connected with the supplying passage of the housing, piston check valve through passages and covers, discharging pipe which connect the under piston space with the ring chamber through the throttle and relief valve in the cover provided with an opening to the ring chamber, and collar. The throttle and relief valve are arranged in the plane perpendicular to the rod.

EFFECT: simplified control of damping characteristics.
