FIELD: cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: industrial oxygen is subjected to two- stage low-temperature rectification. During first stage of rectification, oxygen is cleaned of high-boiling admixtures and during second stage of rectification, it is cleaned of low-boiling admixtures. Circulating oxygen which is brought in contact with oxygen being concentrated is used as phlegm forming flow for supply and removal of rectification heat. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
