FIELD: vacuum-freeze drying. SUBSTANCE: vacuum-freeze drier is provided with a conveyor means having the form of rotatable drum 6. The drum comprises two portions: an apertural one and a solid one. At the start of the solid portion conveyor flights 7 are mounted having a shape partially conforming the outline of drum doser 8. At the lowermost parts of flights 7 oval-shaped recesses are formed. The recesses are covered with membranes 11 which are associated with spring-loaded pushers 12. Pushers 12 have rolls 13 for engaging stationary master cams 14 and 15. The outside cylindrical surface of drum doser 8 has grooves 23. Supports of revolution of doser 8 are provided with extension springs. In the drum 6 cylindrical portions 26 are disposed over conveyor flights 7 and being rotatable in opposite direction to the direction of the drum rotation. A panel with infra-red heaters is disposed above the working zone at an angle of rest of the product to be dried. A liquid product enters a doser via a pipeline, a corrugated flexible duct and a hollow shaft, a doser being rolling over flights 7. Therewith oval-shaped recesses are filled with a liquid product which on running into the vacuum space is self-frozen, ruptured, dried by infra-red heaters irradiation and removed from the drier through the apertural portion of drum 6, a discharge auger 29 and a discharge duct provided with sluice gate.
