FIELD: drying equipment. SUBSTANCE: heat exchange is made between inert heat carrier disposed within zone of product freezing-on and inert carrier disposed inside zone of product drying by means of heat carrier circulating between the zones. Spring-loaded engines in the drier have edge caps mounted by means of spring-loaded rods for reciprocating motion in parallel to rotor axis; the caps have cavities. Valves are mounted inside the cavity. The latter is connected with cavity of motionless shaft. Rods are in contact with motionless templates mounted inside the casing. Shafts are mounted onto its hollow axis for rotation. Freezing-on device is made in form of rotor. Cavities of shafts of freezing-on device are connected in series by means of flexible pipe-lines and they form closed space. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 3 cl, 6 dwg
