FIELD: vacuum-freeze drying. SUBSTANCE: device has a hermetically sealed housing 1 formed as a reversed cone. Auger 3 of conveyor means 2 has a cutting portion disposed over the base of cone body 1 and a conveyor portion disposed in vacuum-freeze chamber. Generatrix of the auger cutting portion convolutions has a form of a broken line adopted to form the auger acute edges. A charge duct 9 with adjustable valve 10 abuts the apex of the housing. After being filled with the liquid up to the working level the housing 1 is evacuated. Auger 3 is driven for rotation and heating members 8 are actuated. The product is advanced under a pressure differential conditions in the direction of conveyor 2. The product is crushed by the auger acute edges and conveyed to chamber 4 of the drier.
