SUBSTANCE: myoglobin, antibodies to myoglobin and immune complexes containing myoglobin are determined in serum blood at the first 1-3 days of child life, and after 7-12 days in dynamics. Unfavorable course of posthypoxic cardiopathy is forecasted in the case of dynamic decrease of myoglobin content ( by 30-40% ), increase of antibodies level to myoglobin ( by 20-50% ) and circulating immune complexes containing myoglobin ( by 61-120% ) relative to initial values. EFFECT: improved method of disease prognosis.
