FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with earlier diagnostics of infectious-toxic cardiopathy after purulent-septic diseases in neonatals and babies at simultaneous evaluation of the state in metabolic and energetic processes in myocardium. One should simultaneously detect the activity of creatine phosphokinase - MB (CPKMB) in venous blood serum, succinate dehydrogenase (SDG), alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase (alpha- GPDG) in capillary blood lymphocytes during restoration of purulent-septic process and at higher CPK-MB activity value ranged 9.0-16 U/l and lower SDG value ranged 7.6- 5.2 g/lymph., alpha-GPDG value ranged 6.5-4.8 g/lymph. One should diagnose infectious-toxic cardiopathy (ITC). EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 6 ex
