SUBSTANCE: after delivery, Schiff bases and peroxynitrite content is determined in the placenta extracts, and at Schiff bases level above 9.5 p.u./mg, and peroxynitrite level above 170 nmol/mg, development of cardiovascular pathology in the newborn is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy and specificity of prediction of cardiovascular pathology in a newborn and to timely conduct pathogenetic therapy.
