FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: quantities of peptides (having medium molecular weight) and nucleic acids have been determined in patient's blood serum. If the former index is 400- 620 relative units and if the latter is 150-250 microng/ml then hemosorption is available. If the former index is 621 relative units or more and if the latter index is 251 microng/ml or more then plasma-phoresis is available. EFFECT: simplifies the method, decreases its duration.
