Abstract RU 2006878 C1

FIELD: nuclear instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has accumulation matrix which is connected by address bus to n outputs of row decoder and by data bus to m inputs of unit of read-write amplifiers. OR gate, counter and counting flip-flop are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Direct and inverse outputs of flip-flop are connected to m+1 and m+2 inputs of unit of read-write amplifiers, correspondingly. Direct output of counting flip-flop is connected to counting input of counter. Reset input of counter is connected to first device input. K outputs are connected to K corresponding input of row decoder. Output with number K+1 is connected to "ready" state output of meter. m outputs of unit of read-write amplifiers are connected to corresponding inputs of OR gate which output is connected to information output of meter. EFFECT: increased measured range of radiation density. 4 dwg
