FIELD: nuclear instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: detector has accumulator array connected via address bus to n input of line decoder and via digit bus to m inputs of write-read amplifier unit whose m+1 and m+2 inputs are respectively connected to direct and inverted outputs of complementing flip-flop whose first and second inputs are connected to first and second inputs of detector, respectively; direct output of complementary flip-flop is connected to complementing input of counter whose initial setting input is connected to first input of detector; k outputs of mentioned counter are connected to respective k inputs of line decoder and k+1 output is connected with READY output of detector. Line-failure-to-binary-code converter has log2m groups of addres, its m inputs are connected to respective m outputs of write-read amplifier unit and log2m outputs, to respective data outputs of detector.
