SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of determining critical factors of heart beating frequency and a value of falling of the operator head bloodstream; performing dynamic control of these factors upon flying period; taking into account lowered interval between the above mentioned factors stressing the muscles or changing a mode of flying. EFFECT: the method allows to prevent faint conditions, distortion of the heart rhythm and lowering of muscle effort upon action of "head-legs"-type gravitational force on the body of the operator. 1 cl
