FIELD: medical engineering; facilities for estimation of operator's psychophysiological state during labour activities. SUBSTANCE: parameters of operator's heart activity and external respiration in process of labour activities are measured, pulsogram and respirogram data are converted to data of variation pulsogram and variation respirogram. These data are subjected to statistic and spectral analyses, coherence of spectral characteristics of variation pulsogram and variation respirogram is determined, data obtained are compared with similar ones of operator's preflight examination and with data recorded in card of his psychophysiological state. To realize the given method, system is provided with pulse and respiration sensors arranged in operator's standard outfit, units which convert signals of those sensors to signals of variation pulsogram and variation respirogram, facilities for recording these signals, software of their statistic and spectral analyses, as well as analysis of coherence of spectral characteristics of variation pulsogram and variation respirogram. System also has units which compare the above-indicated data obtained as a result of load application in process of work with similar data characterizing operator's initial state and with data given in card of psychophysiological state.
