FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has a frame on which a main cargo boom is hinged for rotation in a longitudinal vertical plane, a winch with a cable, and an additional telescopic boom hinged for rotation in the longitudinal vertical plane on the frame. A traverse with beds for fastening a towed vehicle is hinged to the free and of the boom for rotation in the horizontal plane. A cable with a hook on the end is reeved in pulleys of the additional telescopic boom. Boom lifting hydraulic cylinders are hinged to them. The body of the main boom hydraulic cylinder is mounted in frame brackets, and the rod of the telescopic boom hydraulic cylinder is mounted on the frame. The main boom is made in the form of two parallel beams moved apart to the sides and has a cross bar fastened to these beams. The hydraulic cylinder rod fastening hinge is fastened on the cross bar. Additional brackets for fastening lifting hydraulic cylinders of the additional boom are fastened to the frame near the brackets along the vehicle axis. The main and additional boom lifting hydraulic cylinders are located for movement in the aperture of the main boom. The frame is made with supports and a transfer bar. The supports are fastened to longitudinal links of an over-the-frame device in the back side and are inclined forward. The transfer bar is made removable or for rotation relative to one of the supports at an angle more than 180. The additional boom is made for engagement with the transfer bar or movement in the vertical longitudinal plane between the supports on an axle between beams of the main boom. The main boom has an additional cross bar which fastens its vertical links and is made with an ear to receive a pin of the hinge of the towing part of the main cargo boom.
