FIELD: automotive engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles designed for carrying and towing damaged vehicles. Proposed vehicle has winch 16, ramps 3 extensible and turnable in vertical longitudinal plane for damaged car installed on frame 1, and telescopic tie-rod 24 with hinge-mounted platform for towing second damaged vehicle installed for turning in horizontal plane on end of tie-rod. Extensible telescopic tie-rod 24 is arranged between ramps. Telescopic boom is secured n frame for turning in vertical longitudinal plane. Ramps are provided with bar with carriage and sheave installed for moving across ramps along car. Winch wire rope is reeved in said sheave and it can be reeved also in sheave of telescopic boom or telescopic tie-rod sheave.
EFFECT: improved safety.
