FIELD: glass-making. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing the glass washed and treated with adhesion sublayer on assembly cradle, then installing external glass in a spaced relation and introducing a flexible sealing gasket, e. g. a tube, along the perimeter. e. g. a tube. At the tube-introducing point the glasses are compressed to a thickness smaller than desired while in the point of glass compression the glasses are clamped by a gauge. The glass package is sealed by gradually inserting the tube and installing transparent gauges. The mixture delivery zone is left open. Then the glass is turned and filled with aligomer-monomer mixture, sealing the mixture-delivery zone. The filled glass packet is turned to horizontal position and simultaneously the air bubble is removed with a needle. Now the package is mounted on a profiled form which is delivered to the photohardening conveyor. On leaving the radiation zone the gauges are removed, the package is washed, inspected and packed.
