FIELD: motor car triplex glass production. SUBSTANCE: method of triplex glass production provides for usage of liquid oligomer-monomeric photoconsolidating compositions by assembly of glass pack, filling of clearance with photoconsolidating composition and following photoconsolidation. Assembly of glass pack is exercised by mounting determining inner clearance gauges on first glass. Then second glass is put on first glass and glass pack butt is pasted with sticking film with simultaneous removal of gauges from cavity of glass pack and fixing clearance , using outer supports. Then photoconsolidating composition is fed in assembled glass pack so, that as it is being filled with composition, it begins to sink in liquid so, that glass pack filling line coincides with line of liquid level in processing tank and after glass pack is filled photoconsolidation is exercised in process in tank. Water, glycerine, ethylene glycol, polyoxyethylene glycols, polyoxypropylene glycol, polyethyl siloxanes, polymethyl siloxanes is used as liquid of processing tank.
