Yield is 86,1% . Sodium salt of C24H46NO4N2, potassium salt of C24H46NO4K. Reagent 1: sodium salt of 6-[N-(2-hydroxyhexadecyl] -aminohexanoic acid. Reagent 2: (CH3CO)2O. Reaction condition: in the medium of benzene, at boiling for 10 h. To obtain salt synthesized acid is titrated with KOH or NaOH by potentiometry. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 2 tbl
