FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the technology of producing floatation agents, used in floatation of tungsten, tin, rare-earth, phosphate, phosphorite and fluorite ore. The floatation agent based on N-acylated Na-salt of ε-aminocapronic acid is obtained from alkaline hydrolysis of caprolactam at 110-120°C with subsequent condensation of the obtained Na salt of ε-aminocapronic acid with carboxylic acids of tall oil at 190-215°C in the presence of an anti-foaming agent with simultaneous distillation of water of reaction. Hydrolysis is carried out for 5-7 hours using 20-35% alkali solution, prepared using aqueous distillate from the condensation stage.
EFFECT: simple and intense process due to faster rate of supplying Na-salt of ε-aminocapronic acid and increased volume of loading the reactor and prevention of formation of production wastes.
