FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: strain Agaricus bisporus D49 is obtained from fruit body plates of meadow mushroom in the form of a pure culture. Strain is deposited in Microorganism Collection at No. 1. By cultivation of strain on solid and liquid nutrient media producer accumulates biomass (up to 27,3 g/l), vitamins C, PP and B-group, enzymes, - cellulase (83 U/g), amylase (55 U/g), protease (40-50 U/g), lipase (6-27 U/g), carboxylic acids (including sorbic, oxalic, fumaric, malic, tartaric, citric acids). Strain is used as a base for food addition for agricultural animals and poultry. EFFECT: enhanced accumulation of bioactive substances. 2 tbl
