FIELD: biotechnology, mushroom growing.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in producing meadow mushroom fruit bodies. The strain of bisporous meadow mushroom Agaricus bisporus (Lanqe) Imbach VKMP F-818 is characterized by high viability, rapid adaptability in substrate and elicits intensive growth under industrial conditions. The strain shows short fruit bearing period and intensive high productivity for first 2-3 weeks of fruit bearing. The productivity of strain in industrial growing on synthetic substrate based on straw and chicken dung is 24.3-25.9 kg/m2 for a single culture turnover. Fruit bodies of the strain show high consumption qualities: dense, white color, cap diameter is 4.4-4.6 cm, surface cap is smooth, velvet, short stipe. The protein content in fruit body is 43.2%, riboflavin - 0.63 mg%. Fruit bodies retain commercial properties for a long time in storing and transporting. The strain provides possibility to increase number of the culture turnover per year.
EFFECT: valuable properties of strain.
