FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: spherical joint comprises thrust nut, pressure ring, ball-head pin, casing with socket, and conical spring. Casing has circular projection on base which forms annular space between projection and socket. Ball head is disposed in socket, the pin is disposed in holes of nut and ring and socket has the form of three projections arranged like apices of equilateral triangle. Thrust union nut and pressure ring are located on ball head so that union nut is secured on circular projection while pressure ring is of plate-like shape with its smallest inside diameter larger than the diameter of described circumference of socket projections. Installed between nut and pressure ring is a conical spring whose larger and smaller bases bear against the nut and pressure ring, respectively. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
