FIELD: automatic control. SUBSTANCE: system comprises pressure regulator 2 installed on pipeline and having adjusting valve 2 connected via rod 8 with membrane operating mechanism 4 whose above-membrane space communicates with pipeline after the flow rate regulator. Gear rack 7 secured on rod 8 is connected by gear 10 with loading gear rack 11 which is connected by spring 20 with rod 16 of piston 14. Said piston is disposed in cylinder 13 filled with liquid. Cylinder 13 with piston 14 function as hydraulic damper or dashpot which forms, together with spring 20, a PI-device. EFFECT: higher accuracy of system. 3 cl, 2 dwg
