FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat turbine has inertial centrifugal pickup of angular velocity of turbine, hydraulic cylindrical piston servo engine with controlling valve and power rod, hydraulic cylindrical-piston proportional-plus-integral device. Body-cylinder of the latter is filled with working fluid and made fast to power rod of hydraulic cylindrical piston servo engine. Piston and rod interconnected via mechanical spring are flexibly jointed to immobile support. Invention makes it possible to transform conventional proportional-plus-integral automatic controller of angular velocity of heat turbine into proportional-plus-integral-plus-differentiating controller by fitting of its piston with correcting inertial mass and with fluid-tight space in body-cylinder which provides for its zero buoyancy. EFFECT: increased accuracy of automatic control over angular velocity of heat turbine. 1 dwg
