Reading of signal from underwater communication cable to pontoon is conducted with contactless jointing with the aid of optical system including light guides positioned coaxially which ends facing each other are manufactured in the form of spherical focons. One of light guides is located at output of electric energy-to-optical energy converter, the other one is positioned at input photodetector.
