FIELD: radar ranging and radio navigation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication and navigation systems and can be used for rapid delivery of commands for control and correction of inertial navigation systems of self-contained habitable underwater objects. Summary of invention consists in complex use of laser communication channels, transmission of signals from aircraft to submerged underwater object and back, as well as in development of methods of adaptation of these channels to sea disturbance. Transceiver optical device provides for efficiency of underwater object control at simultaneous satisfaction of rigid requirements to their coordinate support during performance of special works.
EFFECT: active re-reflection of the optical signal owing to selection of the brightest part of the received brightness diagram.
